Located on Kercheval Ave and at Van Dyke, the Parker Durand residential apartments opened in February 2022. Developed by the Roxbury Group and Invest Detroit, the $22.5 million project broke ground in 2019. The mixed-use, mixed-income building includes first-floor retail and 92 apartments with varying levels of affordability.
