Bedrock purchased 1550 Woodward Ave. for $176,000 at the Wayne County Tax Auction in 2011. Their site suggests the property could be used for retail or al fresco dining and that it would be great for "community wine tastings, storage and more." The one-story building has a total of 9,350 rentable square feet with a patio and rooftop seating and was built in 1968.
